At Palmira Agro’s production facility, fluidized bed drying technology is used instead of conventional rotary drum dryers. This system prevents direct contact of fertilizers with heat during the drying stage, eliminating the risk of burning and preserving product quality. Thanks to the enhanced granulator system, homogeneous and physically superior products are achieved.

Palmira Agro ensures energy savings and operational efficiency in production and storage by using fully electric pallet trucks, forklifts, and reach trucks. With the integrated 3003 Pallet Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Racking System, space optimization and organized stock management are successfully implemented thanks to the integrated WMS and CRM software.
Palmira Agro is equipped with a modern production infrastructure that prioritizes environmental sustainability. Wastewater is treated through a biological treatment system, while process air and dust generated during production are cleaned with a Scrubber (Washing Tower). We are carrying out the calculation and reporting processes related to the European Union’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) in parallel with our compliance efforts for the micro-granular fertilizers we produce at our factory.
